• Take a daytrip to one of several Mayan ruin sites in the region. This ancient culture is complex and fascinating and this area is the true heart of it. A must do for any history buff.

• Enjoy a guided tour of the area's famous cenotes (freshwater sinkholes) where you can swim, snorkel and bask in these crystal clear waters.​​

​

• Take the ferry over to the nearby island of Isla Mujeres where you will want to rent a golf cart to explore the 5-mile paradise, partake in a snorkeling tour or hit the beach bars for an ice cold cerveza. This charming slice of Mexican life will have you dreaming of House Hunters International.

• Participate in one of the many activities offered at the resort. This hotel has something for everyone from wine tasting to beach volleyball, dance lessons to margarita making class and from yoga to trivia by the pool. ​

• Jump aboard the convenient local bus that runs just in front of our hotel to shop 'til you drop. Wander Mercado 28 to search for local handicrafts and the most delicious local tacos and ice cold cerveza or stop at La Isla for lagoon-side boutiques, souvenirs and open air shopping. ​

• Take a walk along Cancun's stunning white sand beaches. This is the bluest water, next to the whitest sand throughout the entire Yucatan Peninsula.

• Take advantage of your 20% discount with a treatment at the Secrets onsite spa. Be sure to go about an hour before your treatment to take advantage of the luxurious hydrotherapy area. ​​
